Frequently Asked Tent Questions
Q. What size tent should I order?
A. As every event is different, it is best to ask our helpful staff. Rule of thumb, figure approx. 10 sq. feet per person.
Q. Will the tent fit?
A. Our delivery personnel will gladly go to the site and measure the area. they will also check for any obstacles that may need to be addressed. This is at no charge or obligation to the customer.
Q. Are delivery charges included in the cost?
A. No, charges depend on where the tent will be delivered. Call and ask for current delivery fees for your area.
Q. How far in advance will the tent be set up?
A. Most orders are delivered at least the day before the event.
Q. Does someone have to be on site when the delivery is made?
A. No, just simply mark where the corners of the tent should be placed.
Q. Will they have to put holes in my yard?
A. For customer safety, all tents 20x20 and larger must be staked to the ground.

- Know the site characteristics of the terrain that the tent will be erected on. First, the ground must be relatively flat. Secondly, overhead wires, tree limbs, etc. must not interfere with the tents. Thirdly, tent stakes and ropes should not be placed near stairs and walkways unless they are clearly marked with vertical posts. Underground pipes, septic tanks, and wire should be considered when driving stakes.
- Steel stakes are most practical when erecting a tent on black top and grass.
- ** Check with your local Fire Marshall for local regulations that may require tent permits.
