Frequently Asked Tent Questions
Q. What size tent should I order?
A. As every event is diffent, it is best to ask our helpful staff. Rule of thumb, figure approx. 10 sq. feet per person.
Q. Will the tent fit?
A. Our delivery personel will galdly go to the site and measure the area. they will also check for any obsticles that may need to be addressed. this is at no charge or obligation to he customer.
Q. Are delivery charges inculded in the cost?
A. No. chareges depend on where the tent willbe delivered. Call and ask for current delivery fees for your area.
Q. How far is advance will teh tent be set up?
A. Most ordes are delivered at least the day before the event.
Q. Does someone have to be on site whe the delivery is made?
A. No, just simply mark where the corners of the tent should be placed.
Q. Will they have to put holes in my yard?
A. For customer safety, all tents 20x20 and larger must be staked to the ground.
